FINDINGS
1)Returnees to countries with higher uncertainty avoidance are less likely to start a business after re-entry.
2)Positive effects of diverse skills abroad, stronger overseas ties and working with peers with entrepreneurial experience on returnee's own entrepreneurial transition diminish a the level of uncertainty avoidance home country increase.
